Bell Schedules 2025/2026 School Year
The Board of Education meeting will be held on Monday April 20 at 6:00 pm. We will not be hosting a meet and greet at 5:30 pm, however the meeting will be held as normal at 6:00 pm.
We have another busy but exciting week for all NAJPS students!
Monday, April 20 our seniors will be leaving at 6:45 am for their trip to Grand Rapids.
Our elementary students will be taking the MSTEP tests this week.
On Thursday Juniors will be taking the ACT. Any senior who did not take the ACT last year will test also.
Students who ride Priscilla's bus will need to be transported to and from school on Monday April 20. if possible. Priscilla will not be driving her route tomorrow. TECH students will be transported by another bus driver for tomorrow.
The Board of Education meeting will be held in the high school library tomorrow at 6:00 pm. Please attend.
We are actively looking for bus drivers. The school district pays for your training! Please contact Interim Superintendent Mary Halley to apply.
May 9 is the NAJPS Purse Bingo !! Tickets are selling fast! Do not miss out. Profits go directly back to our school, and activities for students. Contact the high school office or Mary Halley for more information.
NAJ schools are on a two hour fog delay

NAJ schools are on a 2 hour delay due to heavy fog conditions on Friday April 17. Busses are on a two hour delay.
The softball and baseball home games at 5 pm today are canceled. Softball will practice as normally scheduled but the baseball team will not practice today.
Please remember tomorrow we have PSAT and SAT testing for grades 8-11. Get a good nights sleep! Do you best on each test!
Our water issue has been resolved and we will operate the school day as normal on Wednesday April 15. The school encourages students to bring drinking water and each school office will have water available.
Remember we will be hosting Kindergartner Round Up on Thursday April 16.
NAJPS voters we need your yes vote on May 5 for the renewal millage.
We are still selling tickets to Purse Bingo on May 9 and seeking donations for raffle baskets to help raise funds for classroom supplies and student activities.
This is a reminder that all students at NAJPS will be fed lunch and will board busses at 11:40 am today. We have a water issue that will require us to shut down some water access at noon. We understand and apologize for the inconvenience this causes families.
The home softball and baseball games will run as scheduled at 5:00 pm at NAJPS.
URGENT MESSAGE
We have to close today at 11:40 am. Students will be fed lunch and will board busses at 11:40 am. We have a water issue but all students have access to restrooms and the kitchen will feed all students lunch before boarding busses.

We have a wonderful week ahead! On Tuesday, April 14 the baseball and softball teams will host Pittsford at 5:00 pm. On Wednesday April 15 our Band Director will welcome parents and students in the multi-purpose room at 5:30 pm to explore band instruments. On Thursday April 16 NAJPS will host kindergarten round up! Also on Thursday baseball and softball will host Camden Frontier at 5 pm. On Friday April 17 many FFA students will head to MSU to compete in Spring Skills! Get some extra sleep students for this exciting but busy week!
Our middle school is sponsoring $1.00 Friday hat days for the rest of the school year. Hoodies as hats are not allowed. Money raised will be to support middle school activities and field trips. This fundraiser is for middle and high school students.
The NAJPS Baseball game today home against Litchfield will start at 5:00 pm. The softball game is canceled but athletes will have practice today at 4 pm.
Students who ride the bus driven by Randy will not be picked up in the morning or dropped off in the afternoon on Thursday April 9. If a parent or guardian can transport students to and from school it would be greatly appreciated. We apologize for the inconvenience.
NAJPS is excited to start spring athletics as we host Litchfield this Thursday starting at 5:00 pm. The RAMS softball and baseball teams would like your support.
The school district will begin sharing information as to why we need you to vote yes on May 5 to renew the operating millage. This is not an increase and only applies to non-homestead properties. The home you own as your primary residence is not impacted by this vote. You yes vote is needed. More information will be shared each week up to the day of voting.

We want to remind you that report cards will go home on Thursday. We have no school on Friday.
Please encourage family and friends to "round up" kindergarten students for NAJPS and attend the program on April 16, 2026 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm in our elementary.
NAJPS is excited to return from Spring Break on Monday, March 30 for a full day! On Thursday, April 2 report cards will be sent home. Friday, April 3 is Good Friday and we will not have school.

Thursday, March 19 students and staff are encouraged to wear college or military gear. There will be an Awards assembly for K-5 to present reading awards. Students have a half day and Parent Teacher Conferences will be from noon to 3:00 pm and 5 and 7 pm.
