Monday, February 8 : MS boys at Jackson Christian 530 bus leaves @ 430
Tuesday, February 9: JV and varsity girls basketball@waldron bus leaves 5pm game time 6pm
Wednesday, February 10: JV and Varsity boys basketball home with Waldron 6pm

Earlier today, MDHHS released an updated emergency order that goes into effect on Monday, Feb. 8, which will allow full practices in winter contact sports to begin with competition to follow.
Here is the updated listing of the winter contact sports tournament dates with new “first contest” dates. Remember that regular season contests can be scheduled in all winter sports up until the date of the MHSAA Finals in each sport as long as schools stay within the weekly limits (e.g. maximum of 3 basketball games in a week).

Schools, teams and individuals must wear a mask at all times, including during active participation (while “in the game”) during all practices and competition. For schools, teams and individuals that are “masked” at all times during practices and games, there is no COVID rapid testing requirement for practice and play.

Congrats to Abi Nunez, who will take her outstanding volleyball skills to Lake Michigan College next season. Abi's illustrious NAJ career was capped by setting 3 school records including season attack attempts: (1,095), career attack attempts (3,784), and career kills (1,310). Abi was named League MVP and earned Third Team All State. Well done, Abi! We're proud of you!

Thank you for making our toy distribution a great success. Over 120 kids enjoyed receiving toys and we are planning an even bigger event next Christmas. NAJ is a tremendous place and I am grateful for all of the love shown! Merry Christmas from NAJ!
The North Adams-Jerome School District has a two-year vacant position on the Board of Education. Requirements to apply include residency within the NAJ district, availability to attend meetings on two Monday evenings monthly, and an interest in promoting the educational programs and growth of the school district in a positive way.
